Are these gas tandoors CE approved?
Yes. The gas models are listed as CE certified, with a stainless-steel burner, piezo ignition, pilot and flame-failure safety.
Natural Gas or LPG?
Either. Tell us which you need when you order. Medium and Large models also include a spare jet for conversion.
Who installs the oven?
Please have a qualified gas engineer connect and commission the oven in line with your local regulations.
How is it delivered?
On a pallet by lift-gate truck, delivered to the kerb. Inside delivery is not included, so please check door widths and arrange help to move the oven.
Why is there a separate card / PayPal price?
On the Medium and Large models, paying by card or PayPal adds €40. Bank transfer is the lower price.
What warranty do I get?
Gas models carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing faults. Hairline cracks in the clay are normal with heat and are not a defect.
